The Woolgatherers are a guild of fibre artists that are devoted to practicing and promoting the heritage fibre arts of spinning, weaving, knitting and more in the Comox Valley.
We demonstrate the heritage textile arts such as spinning and weaving during the festival, and we sell a selection of textiles created by our members using a variety of methods. We have feature handspun, handwoven and handknit clothing items such as wraps and toques; handwoven items like tea towels and scarves; hand felted items such as baskets and jewelry and much more.
