My interest in sewing started at a very young age and has continued throughout my life. What started as a hobby grew into a business after making a variety of garments for my children and having people asking where I purchased the clothing. In 1998 the name was registered and we became a legal business. The line of children’s clothing began with designs that I created to be functional and yet enjoyable for children to wear and others to look at. I continue to be the primary creator and designer of all of my products. The original designs began with unique reversible pants and jackets sets which are still the foremost part of the product line. My products are not available in any retail outlet and are only available through craft markets, higher end craft shows, my home studio and my web site. We continue to travel to shows throughout Western Canada: Sundog Handcraft Faire, Saskatoon; Butterdome Craft Sale (Signatures Shows), Edmonton; Art Market, Calgary; Victoria BC Swartz Bay Artisan Marketplace, Victoria; and Filberg Festival, Comox. We also do many additional local outdoor and indoor shows throughout the year.
The line of children's clothing has grown to include dresses, denim skirts, reversible jackets, reversible pants, purses, diaper bags, and hair scrunchies. Our sizing now goes from new born to age 14. My products are made from 100% pre-shrunk cotton fabrics and organic cotton whenever possible that I purchase from wholesalers. I carry fabrics that are often not available to the general public as well as many custom dyed colours. The choice of fabrics and creating my designs allows me to offer items that are individual, and often one of a kind.
