Multi-instrumentalist and singer Tai Williams captivates her audience with a unique blend of ‘70s folk traditions and modern jazz and pop stylings. Hailing from a small town on Vancouver Island, her early life was spent studying and performing classical music. As a young adult, Tai taught herself to play guitar and began songwriting, while finessing her sound. Today, her music is a meeting of soaring melodies and poignant storytelling. While many of her songs are inspired by her own life, Tai’s lyricism connects her experiences to the memories and feelings of the audience, drawing them in and capturing their attention. She is a modern romantic and plays with the joy of a born performer.
