Niloo Farahzadeh (she//her) is a singer-songwriter, musician and illustrator based in Lekwungen Territory. Her multidisciplinary work explores ancestry, migration, and diasporic identity. Her musical project 'Niloo' pays homage to her ancestry and personal history as a Iranian-Canadian woman; sonically hybridizing western dreampop, psych and shoegaze with pre-revolution 70’s Iranian pop to create a fuzzy, nostalgic fabric of sound.
